Boca Raton Traffic School
If you received a traffic ticket in Boca Raton, FL or anywhere in Palm Beach County, you can elect to attend traffic school in lieu of getting points on your license.
Boca Raton Ticket Dismissal
First, pay your traffic ticket and certify that:
- You have not elected to attend traffic school within the preceding 12 months
- You have not elected to attend traffic school more than 5 times within your lifetime
- You do not hold a commercial drivers license
You will also need to find out if you can elect traffic school to dismiss the points from your driving record. Check with the Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) to see if you are eligible.
After taking those steps, you are now ready to register for our Florida Online Traffic School course. Choose the 4-Hour Basic Driver Improvement option and complete it within 90 days from the date of the election. Avoid points, additional fines, and late fees by completing and submitting it in a timely manner.

- By Mail: Send a check or money order and mail it to one of the courthouse locations below. Make it payable to Sharon Bock, Clerk & Comptroller.
- In Person: Visit one of the courthouse locations listed below and pay by cash, credit card, check, or money order. Please note that there will be a service charge if paying by credit card.
